Play of Time is inspired by the work of the Soviet psychologist S. Gellerstein, who studied how humans learn to perceive and reproduce extremely short intervals of time. Rather than measuring reflexes, the game reveals the dynamic relationship between perception, movement and internal state.
Perhaps you were impulsive. Perhaps you anticipated the moment. Perhaps your internal tempo is too fast.
Maybe you hesitated. Maybe you were overly cautious. Maybe your attention drifted.
A perfect synchronization between perception, decision and movement.
Probably not. But you can learn to stop yourself at exactly the right moment.
